Which products are compatible with the C-module?
There is a table in which the fittings compatible with the C module are documented. This table currently includes wash and shower fittings as well as spare parts. In the future, further products will be implemented through updates.

Which firmware version is required for the IR sensor system?
The IR sensor system requires firmware version 3.1 or higher.

Which radio technology is used for communication between the C-modules?
2.4 GHz mesh radio technology is used for communication between the C-modules.

What voltage and power does the C-module require?
The C-module requires a voltage of 6VDC to 12VDC and has a maximum power range of 0.6 W.

What protection class does the C module have?
The C-module has protection class IP68 when fully connected.

How does the mesh network work?
In a mesh network, there is a sink (master) that is randomly determined by the network and primarily stores the network information.

How long does it take for a C-module to be recognized as offline?
For battery and mains-powered devices, it takes 60 minutes for a fitting in the network to be recognized as offline.

Where can I download the Smart Connect App?
The Smart Connect App is available in the Apple App Store for iOS and in the Google Play Store for Android. Required operating system: Android 8.0 or higher.

What functions does the Smart Connect App offer?
The app enables the parameterization and function activation of individual taps or tap groups, tap-specific information and calendar-based functions such as hygiene flush, thermal disinfection, cleaning switch-off and operating mode switchover.
